Career Opportunities in Benefits Administration - The following career opportunities are currently available in our Cleveland Ohio corporate headquarters.

All positions are full time (8:30 am - 5:00 pm), require excellent customer service skills and experience in a windows-based environment.

Medical Claims Examiner

Knowledge of medial terminology, ICD-9, and CPT coding is required. Prior experience as a medical claims examiner is preferred. Duties will include handling customer service inquires over the phone.

Dental Claims Examiner

Knowledge of ADA/CDT coding and dental procedures is required. Duties will include handling customer service inquires over the phone.

Utilization Review Assistant

Must be detail oriented and very well organized. Knowledge of Excel and Word required. Prior experience in Case Management or Utilization Review a plus.

Data Entry Clerk

Must have excellent typing /data entry skills (will be tested). Prior experience with medical billing forms is helpful.

Provider Relations Specialist

Maintain provider records, establish and maintain provider pricing rules, manage PPO contract data, file CP2100 forms, and perform problem resolution in support of claims adjudication. Strong clerical and typing skills are required. Knowledge of provider billing practices (or other medical insurance background) a plus.

MIS Programmer/Analyst

Must have knowledge in Powerbuilder. Oracle, Unix, and Linux background preferred. Degree required.

Sales

Position for (outside) sales executive with proven track record of selling employee benefit packages. Must hold current Life and Accident & Health license.
